Our FDC Educators Are Caring Professionals

We can reassure our customers that our educators have a diverse set of abilities. They range from hard, gained from completing relevant courses to soft skills, such as care, compassion, and empathy.

All our educators have completed a child care qualification, such as Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. They also hold a current Victorian Working With Children’s check, a police check, and first aid certificate. This combination of hard and soft skills means that they are able to calmly handle a variety of different situations.
